The “Alla Quercia” apartment is one of the four apartments at Villa Fè, a luxury oasis with an extraordinary panoramic view, located approximately 1.5 km from the historic center of Assisi. It spans two levels, starting from an ancient pink stone building from the 17th century, perfectly embodying the harmonious fusion of ancient and modern. Its name comes from the majestic centuries-old oak tree, surrounded by glass windows inside the apartment. Modern materials are interpreted through traditional designs, blending sophistication and comfort, such as the modern kitchen accompanied by a long 19th-century wooden table and the glass solarium offering views of the Rocca Maggiore and spectacular Umbrian sunsets. On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace offers moments of relaxation on the sofa in front of the fire; next to it, a service bathroom and a study area with a printer. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious double bedroom with a wooden ceiling and a private bathroom with a Turkish bath, alongside a panoramic lounge with a sofa bed, private bathroom with shower, and terrace.
The suite also features an outdoor heated whirlpool tub, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
